Complete your profile, licence and vehicle

Your profile, licence and vehicle are saved to your account and reused for every event. Doing them first makes the entry steps quick, and the entry cannot be submitted until they are in order.

Your profile

  1. Open "Profile" in the sidebar.
  2. Fill in "Mobile phone" and "Date of birth".
  3. Fill in the "Address" section. "Address line 2 (optional)" can stay empty.
  4. Fill in the "Emergency contact" section: name, relationship and phone number. Choose someone who will not be at the event with you.
  5. If you are under 18 on the day of the event, a "Parent or guardian" section appears. A parent or guardian must give their details and tick the consent box.
  6. Tick the privacy consent box ("I consent to my personal information being collected and used to process my entries.").
  7. Choose "Save profile".

You need your date of birth on file before you can sign any declaration.

Your licence

  1. Open "Licences" in the sidebar and choose "Add licence".
  2. Pick the "Sanctioning body", then enter the "Licence number", your "Grade" and the "Expiry date".
  3. Choose "Save licence".

You can also add a photo or scan of the licence. Open the licence with "Edit", then use "Photo or scan of the licence". On a phone this offers the camera. The file (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB) uploads as soon as you choose it and is checked for viruses before it is kept; a file that fails the check is rejected and you can try again. This is optional and does not replace showing your licence if the organiser asks to see it at documentation. See Documents the organiser will check.

The entry wizard checks the licence for the sanctioning body of the event, and that it is still current on the event date. A licence that expires before the event shows as "Expired".

Your vehicle

  1. Open "Vehicles" in the sidebar and choose "Add vehicle".
  2. Fill in "Make", "Model", "Year" and "Colour". Add a "Registration or permit number" if you have one.
  3. Under "Identity and logbook" add the VIN, chassis number, turbo seal and restrictor size if they apply to your car. The class rules for some events use these.
  4. Under "Logbook numbers" enter your logbook number for each body that issues one.
  5. Choose "Save vehicle".

After saving, open the vehicle with "Edit" to find "Logbook and safety". Use "Add safety item" to record equipment such as seats, harnesses and extinguishers, with their expiry dates. The entry wizard shows the status of these items on the event date, and scrutineers see items that need attention.
