Documents the organiser will check
What you sign online, what is checked from your account, and what to bring to documentation.
Uploading event documents to the organiser is not available yet. This page describes what happens today and will be updated when it is.
What is done online
- Declarations are signed online. Indemnities and similar statements are signed with your typed name. See Sign your declarations.
- Your licence is checked from your account. The details check on the entry form looks at the licence you saved for the event's sanctioning body, and whether it is current on the event date. See Complete your profile, licence and vehicle.
What is checked at the documentation table
Other documents are checked in person when you arrive. Typical items are:
- Your licence (the original).
- Photo identification.
- Your vehicle's logbook, if the event uses one.
- Anything else the organiser asks for in the event documents.
Check the event's supplementary regulations and any bulletins for the exact list. Bring everything for both driver and co-driver.
Optional uploads you can make now
You can add a photo of your licence to your licence record, and a certificate or photo to each safety item on your vehicle. These help you keep your records together. They are not sent to the organiser as event documents, so still bring the originals.
If something goes wrong
- Your entry says "Waiting for documents". Read "What you need to do" on the entry page and contact the organiser about how they want it supplied.
- You cannot find where to upload a document. There is no upload for event documents yet. Bring it to documentation.
