About Stagewerk
Stagewerk is a platform for Australian grassroots rally and motorsport clubs and series. It keeps everything about an event in one place, from the first entry to the final results.

What it is for
Clubs often run events with spreadsheets, email and paper forms. The same details get typed again and again, and things go missing between the office and the paddock.
Stagewerk gives each club one record for each event. Drivers enter, officials check cars and the organiser publishes results, all from that same record. Nothing is re-keyed.

What it does
Everything a club needs from the first entry to the final results.
Entries
Online entries with class rules, capacity and a waitlist. Drivers can ask for changes or withdraw.
Payments
Card payments, tax invoices and a clear view of what has been paid.
Documents
Required documents and digital declarations, checked before event day.
Scrutineering
Checklists, defects on record for each car, and re-inspection.
Officials and volunteers
Rosters, briefings, accreditations and volunteer sign-ups.
Results
Stage times, penalties, protests and stewards decisions, through to final results.
Championships
Series seasons, points and standings across rounds.
Memberships and permits
Club memberships and a permit register for the club.
Equipment and insurance
A register of club equipment and loans, and insurance certificates.
Bulletins and newsletters
Messages to entrants, with a record of who has read them.
Public pages
Event pages, an events calendar, entry lists, results, embeddable widgets and an API.
Stagewerk does not replace the people who run an event. It takes the paperwork off them.
