Co-drivers

Find a co-driver or a seat

Use the co-driver board to post a seat you have, or a seat you want, and to read what others have posted.

The co-driver board lists seats available and seats wanted. Any signed-in person can read it and post. Drivers looking for a co-driver and co-drivers looking for a seat both use it.

Read the board

  1. Open "Co-driver board" in the sidebar.
  2. Under "Open posts", narrow the list with "Type" and "Region", then choose "Filter".
  3. Each post shows whether a seat is available or wanted, the licence level, the region, the event if one was named, a note and who posted it.

Add a post

  1. Under "Add a post", choose the "Type": "Seat available" or "Seat wanted".
  2. Fill in "Licence level", "Region" and "Note".
  3. Choose an event in "Event (optional)" if the post is for one event. Only public events that have not finished are listed.
  4. Add "Contact (optional)" if you want people to reach you a particular way. Other signed-in people can read it, so give only what you are happy to share.
  5. Choose "Post to the board".

Close or limit your posts

  • Choose "Close post" on your own post when you no longer need it. Only the person who posted it can close it.
  • Posts expire on their own.
  • You can have a limited number of open posts. Close one before adding another if you are told you have reached the limit.

After you find someone

The board only puts people in touch. To put a co-driver on an entry, the driver invites them and they accept. See Add a co-driver and what they need to do.
