Read bulletins

Where to find the organiser's official notices for your event.

A bulletin is an official notice from the organiser, such as a change to the schedule or a safety reminder. Each one is numbered and kept for the record.

Where you receive them

  • By email. When a bulletin is issued, the organiser sends it to the people it is for. The email has a "View this bulletin" link that opens it without signing in.
  • On your entry. Open your entry from "My entries". The "Bulletins" section lists every bulletin sent to you, newest first, and marks the ones you have not opened with "Unread".
  • On the event page. If the organiser chose to show a bulletin publicly, it also appears under "Bulletins" on the event's public page.

Read one

  1. Open your entry and find "Bulletins".
  2. Choose the bulletin, for example "Bulletin 2: Revised start time".
  3. Opening it tells the organiser you have read it. The page also says when it replaces an earlier bulletin.

Read every bulletin before the event. A newer bulletin can replace an earlier one.

If something goes wrong

  • You did not get the email. Check your spam folder, then open your entry: the bulletin is listed there anyway.
  • The email link does not open. Sign in and use the entry page instead.
  • Your entry shows "No bulletins for this event yet." Nothing has been issued to you.
