Check your entry and what each status means

Where to follow your entry, and what each status on it tells you.

"My entries" in the sidebar lists every event you are entered in, as driver, co-driver or entrant manager. They are split into "Upcoming" and "Past". Choose an entry to open it.

What the entry page shows

  • The status and one sentence on what happens next.
  • "What you need to do": anything still outstanding for you, such as a declaration to sign.
  • "Bulletins": notices from the organiser for this event. See Read bulletins.
  • "Actions": the buttons you can use right now, such as "Continue entry" or "Withdraw entry".
  • "History": each change to your entry, with the date and who made it.
  • "Ask for a change": send a request to the organiser. See Ask for a change.

What each status means

Not submitted yet

You started but did not submit. The organiser cannot see it. Choose "Continue entry" to finish it.

Submitted

The organiser has your entry and will review it. You do not need to do anything unless they ask.

Waiting for documents

The organiser needs something from you before they confirm your place. The page lists it under "What you need to do". See Documents the organiser will check.

Waiting for payment

The organiser is waiting for your entry fee. Follow their instructions. See Paying for your entry.

Accepted

You have a place. Watch your email for bulletins and event updates.

Waitlisted

The event or your class is full. You are on the waitlist. If someone withdraws, the organiser may offer you the place, or draw for it, depending on how the event is set up. You will be told if a place opens.

Not accepted

The organiser did not accept this entry. Contact them if you have questions.

Withdrawn

Your entry was withdrawn. While entries are open, you can reopen it. See Withdraw your entry.

Refunded

The entry was withdrawn and the organiser marked it as refunded.

Competing, Finished, Did not finish, Disqualified

These are set by the officials on the day. "Competing" means the event is running and you have started.

If something goes wrong

  • The status has not changed for a while. The organiser reviews entries by hand. Contact them through the details on the event page.
  • Your entry is not in the list. Check you are signed in with the email address you entered with. A co-driver sees an entry only after they accepted the crew invitation.
